Luna Shrestha Thakur, Founding Director
Luna founded Change Fusion Nepal in 2008 and has led the team as the Director since. She overlooks the operation and program and guides the organisation in the right direction. Although she comes from a hotel management background, her passion to help the needy youth in Nepal influenced her to set up Change Fusion in Nepal and dedicate her life to empower the helpless. She has worked abroad for several years, mainly in the USA and New Zealand, and has summarized her experiences in her book, A Journey to the Self.

Rafael Poudel, Co – coordinator Youth Action Fund
Rafael brings his diverse experience of working with youth and youth based organisations to ChangeFusion Nepal. After completion of his Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Rafael is geared up to empower youth to bring change within themselves and around them. Rafael has volunteered in organisations like Youth Initiative, and Red Cross and has experience in monitoring programs and advising the management teams. He is currently leading the Youth Action Fund being administered by ChangeFusion Nepal as a co - coordinator which is part of the Open Society Initiative.

Santoshi Rana, Media, Communication & Program Coordinator
Santoshi has a Masters degree in Media & Communication Management from Middlesex University, London. After completion of her degree, she worked in London as a Campaigner, Communication Intern, and Media Reader & Training Consultant apart from being involved with various social organisations like OXFAM and Haemophilia Society. She is responsible for managing the media & communication strategies, social media sites and coordinating the programs that ChangeFusion Nepal is involved in.

Bani Rai
Bani graduated from Loreto College, Darjeeling, India with an Education Honors degree. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Rural Development from Tribhuwan Univeristy, Kirtipur. She has been working as an intern in ChangeFusion Nepal since November, 2010. She started with fundraising and is currently working as a part of the Research team.

Manju Sharma
Manju is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Humanities at Patan Multiple Campus, Kathmandu. She has been working as an intern at ChangeFusion Nepal since September, 2010. She has been involved in various fundraising activities, like Book sales and Friends of ChangeFusion Nepal. At present, she is overseeing the activities in the ChangeFusion Nepal outlet at BaberMahal Revisited.

Hema Shrestha
Hema comes from a Business Studies background. Her experience at Loojha, a NGO working with urban settlement, local community, managing and motivating community women to become social entrepreneurs makes her invaluable. Hema has worked with Mercy Corps and other organisations in various capacities. She supports ChangeFusion Nepal by providing guidance and suggestions to the operational & program team.

Tsering Pema Lama
Tsering has a Masters degree in Epidemiology from Harvard University, School of Public Health. Upon her graduation, she returned to Nepal and is currently working fulltime at International Public Health Organisation in Kathmandu. She has been volunteering at ChangeFusion Nepal since October 2010 and has been helping with fundraising, network strengthening, publicity and contributing to the idea tank

June Shrestha
June started volunteering with ChangeFusion Nepal with the hopes of seeing Nepal as a whole - its people, its problems, its solutions, and ultimately its triumphs. June was part of the team that organized the Surya Nepal Social Entrepreneurship Award 2011. June is currently pursuing her Bachelor\'s degree in the USA studying Biological Sciences at Virginia Tech.

Simant Thakur
Simant is pursuing Masters in Aerospace Engineering and has been a volunteer since 2009, supporting and contributing whenever he is Nepal for his holidays. He has been actively involved as part of the Research and Communication team for both Youth Action Fund and the recently concluded Surya Nepal Asha Social Entrepreneurship Award 2011.

Sandesh Dhungana, (USA)
Sandesh graduated from Williams College in Massachusetts with a Bachelors degree in Economics and has been working at Cornerstone Research, a leading litigation economic consulting firm in New York. Sandesh was part of the team of ChangeFusion Nepal from August – October 2009, helping business ventures refine their business plans and contributing towards ChangeFusion Nepal’s own investment and website profile. Sandesh has started an organisation in America called Udhyami Nepali which supports ChangeFusion Nepal with funding & mentoring as a partner organisation.
